Solar Fields Watchguard System

The Earth’s most abundant energy source is the sun, providing free and readily available solar energy globally during daylight hours. Efficiently harnessing this energy is crucial for generating usable power on a large scale. Presently, the top Mono Crystalline solar cells can convert up to 23% of input solar energy into DC output power, while typical PV cells have an efficiency ranging from 17% to 18%.

Each Solar Farm comprises a series of Solar Panels designed to generate power for larger communities. IoT sensors capture temperature and incident solar irradiance on the panels, allowing the calculation of theoretical DC Power Output. Additionally, the actual DC Power Output from the panel is electrically measured using this information.

Our Solar Farm Monitoring Dashboard offers a comprehensive solution for overseeing and managing Solar Farms situated in diverse geographical locations. This interactive dashboard retrieves real-time data from each Solar Farm and presents it in interactive graphs that can be further explored down to the panel level.
